We ask that rides be booked at least 24 hours in advance to ensure availability. Same-day or short-notice bookings for safe rides may be subject to an additional fee. Once your ride is confirmed, one of our professional, trained drivers will arrive at the rider’s location on time and provide safe, reliable, and compassionate transportation to their appointment. Additionally, we offer subscription plans for those who require ongoing transportation services.

At Car with Care, we provide flexible subscription plans for medical transportation based on the number of weekly visits. If you need two safe rides per week, you qualify for our Bronze plan; three visits earn you the Silver plan; four visits grant access to our Gold plan, and five visits put you at the Platinum level.
